Allison Russell and Blake Lewinski are co-directors of the Attica Central School Class of 2021 class.
Allison, the daughter of Sue and Allen Russell of Attica, plans to date SUNY Fredonia, exploring a degree in liberal arts, social services and music.
She has participated in National Honor Society, Youth Empowerment, Book Club and Chorus. She is the flute section leader in the Senior High Marching Band and is active in the United Methodist Church and the Trinity Youth Group.
Allison has been a member of the Girl Scouts for 12 years and studied piano for 10 years under the guidance of her teacher Dawn Mark, who she says is a great inspiration to her.
Blake, son of Sara and Todd Lewinski, will attend Stony Brook University in the fall majoring in Applied Mathematics and Statistics.
Blake has been involved with numerous clubs and organizations throughout high school, including Math Team, Book Club, We Care Club, and National Honor Society, of which he was the president secretary.
Outside of school, Blake babysat for local families. For the past two years he has also been employed at the 10th Hole & Golf Course in Attica.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family and playing with his two dogs, Hazel and Peanut.
Salutatorian wants to be a pediatrician
Ashley Harmon, daughter of Rachel and Thomas Harmon, is the class Salvatorian.
She will attend Albany State University where she will major in biology. She later plans to attend medical school with the goal of becoming a pediatrician.
Ashley has been on many teams including volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer and golf. Extracurricular activities include Student Government Treasurer, National Honor Society Treasurer, Best Buddies Secretary, Scholastic Bowl, and Donate Life Club. Ashley also co-founded the Attica Chess Club in her second year and served as president for two years.
In her spare time, Ashley works on the 10th hole and the Attica golf course. She enjoys playing the guitar, being outdoors and being with friends and family.
