IQ 113 now available: Coldplay, Lucy Dickins and more

IQ 113, the latest issue of the international live music industry’s favorite monthly magazine, is now available online.

The August edition sees IQ Magazine editor Gordon Masson goes behind the scenes of Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres world tour and explores the band’s record-breaking success.

Elsewhere, it features WME’s global head of contemporary music and touring, Lucy Dickins, tracing her extraordinary rise through the company’s ranks.

Meanwhile, our metal expert James MacKinnon follows the genre’s impressive post-pandemic recovery, and Adam Woods uncovers the mixed fortunes facing touring artists and productions in an otherwise buoyant Swedish live music market.

For the columns and commentaries in this edition, Professor Chris Kemp examines the changing landscape of crowd behavior in the post-Covid environment, and Musical assistance‘s Lynne Maltman reminds us of the collective promises we have made for our mental health.

As always, the majority of the magazine’s content will appear online in some form over the next four weeks.
